The formal gala/ball event I told you guys about is tomorrow and who knew how much effort goes into preparing for these things???
There's the gown, which I showed you here and then the shoes, bag, jewelry, hair and make up...everything has to be right!
Well I have succeeded in getting everything I needed and I want to thank you for all your input!!
I asked you guys your thoughts and I have decided to go with Kim Porter from Makeup by Kim Porter's suggestion of going bronze goddess for my makeup.
As for hair and accessories you will have to stay tuned for pics from the event to see how it all turned out! ;)
Here are some beauty buys that I chose to get me through the night:
Nars Makeup Primer: This stuff is truly amazing. Not only will this keep your makeup in place it creates a flawless canvas!
Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion - this stuff will help my eyeshadow stay shimmery all night long!
Urban Decay Liquid Liner in Honey - I am loving this stuff! It has just the right amount of sparkle to make my eyes pop.
Benefit Perfect 10 Duo - this highlight/bronzing combo is really great and it only takes one sweep!
Mac Slimshine in Bare - this lipstick is the perfect nude to pair with my smokey eyes.
Mac Blot Powder - This stuff is great for keeping me shine free all night!
Great makeup picks Jamie! That UD e/s primer is amazing, and the MAC bare slimshine is so pretty! It'll be gorgeous with a bronze smokey eye! Make sure you take detail pics of your makeup. :)
