We are having insanely beautiful weather in L.A. and I am starting to get spring fever. I love the way the air smells when winter starts to fade away and summer begins to approach. Even though it seems premature (and they are predicting rain by the weekend), I decided to pull out these shorts and enjoy it! Since I planned to be out for awhile and the evening still gets pretty cool, I paired them with tights.

I love, love, love this outfit. Tailored shorts + tights are a dynamic combination; and the way you've used that flower pin is fabulous. I may have to pick one up myself the next time I'm at Forever 21. By the way, I ADORE your hair!! :)
